Looking for individuals with lived experience of coercive control in more than one context to participate in research.

Andrea Silverstone is a PhD Candidate at the University of Salford. She is conducting research to understand the cross contextual and co-occurring experiences of coercive control for individuals and to explore if across all contexts the experiences and impacts of coercive control are similar or even the same.  In addition, this research seeks to explore the current interventions being offered for coercive control.

Her research is being supervised by Dr Rod Dubrow-Marshall and Dr Linda Dubrow-Marshall.

She is looking for individuals with lived experience of coercive control in more than one context to participate in her research.

Eligible participants will be over the age of 18 and have lived experience of coercive control in one or more context (i.e. domestic abuse and sexual exploitation, child abuse and cults, child abuse and sexual exploitation, etc.)
