The foundation asked a so Anbi status (public benefit organization). Clubs with such status to pay less tax and gifts to a Anbi are tax deductible. The tax authorities saw the storm (t) already hanging, soon is half Lelystad meditate and no one pays more to The Hague. The tax authorities refused the status.
The TM'ers appealed against that decision before, but trading houses and organic food is according to the District Court Northern Netherlands still just a consumer issue, not a public benefit activity. Tax must be paid just also about achieving world peace. Cynical though.
