Now this is a step up from a condemned sex den.

A 234-acre horse farm owned by Seagram’s heiress and Nxivm higher-up Clare Bronfman in upstate New York has hit the market for just under $5 million, according to a Zillow listing.

The Delanson, NY, property — first tied to Bronfman by the Times Union on Wednesday — sits about 30 miles west of Albany and dates to 1805.

In addition to the 7,500-square-foot home’s seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, the property boasts a barn, a carriage house, a pond and riding trails, all of which can be yours for $4,995,000.

Its owner pleaded guilty last year in Brooklyn federal court to charges of conspiracy to conceal and harbor an illegal alien for financial gain, and fraudulent use of identification for her role in Nxivm.

Bronfman, 41, is serving a 6-year, 9-month sentence for her admitted role in the infamous sex cult alongside convicted ringleader Keith Raniere, who is serving a 120-year term of his own.

Bronfman’s farm briefly played into Raniere’s trial, when a woman who later fell under the Svengali’s sway testified that in 2005, she stayed at “the farm where Clare had her horses,” according to the Times Union.

It is one of several properties in the area currently or formerly owned by members of Nxivm, according to the outlet, including a $478,000 Raniere retreat.
