Varma was arrested by police on December 30, 2013 and later released on bail in 2014.

A court of special judge Saeeda Bano Rahman, acquitted, Verma on Tuesday.

"Court acquitted the accused as evidences could not establish allegations. There were lot of contradictions in allegations leveled as well as the statements. Then circumstances, like complainant's husband being removed from job by accused and other things were also considered," counsel for Verma, Vijay Chowdhary told TOI.

Earlier, in her complaint the woman also alleged Varma made a video of her and taken objectionable pictures, however police searched Varma's Ashram and could not find anything as alleged by complainant. She also alleged that she was removed from the job at Verma's school after she refused to adhere to Verma's demand of supplying other girls.
