NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. - The battle between the Word of Life Church and Town of New Hartford continues.
The attorney for the church says he's received a letter from the town, stating the town is putting the church building, on Oneida Street in Chadwicks, back on the tax rolls.
The town says it's because church officials failed to fill out certain required paperwork for tax exempt status.
